7 Benefits of Jesus Christ's Birth and Accepting Him as your Lord and Saviour!
Less many get it twisted nor deviate from the essence of Christmas and Christ’s Message.
This season is not about food, fun, festival nor fashion, but a time to reflect on the reason for the season. It’s a time to remember the reason Jesus Christ was born and the price he eventually paid with His precious blood.
As we remember and celebrate our Lord Jesus Christ, its high time to ponder and reflect on the purpose of His birth and resurrection. And the things He purchased for us with His precious blood. Below are the 7 benefits of Christ’s birth and the price He paid;
1. God’s word tells us that there is no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus. Meaning that the curse that was pronounced upon mankind when the first man (Adam) fell will no longer have power over you – Galatians 3:13-14, Roman 8:1
2. Indeed when you are in Christ you will become a new creature and old things (sins and limitations) are passed away and all things will become new – 2 Corinthians 5:17
3. When you have faith in Christ and his finished work you become a citizen of the kingdom of God and will live the kingdom life on earth; the life that replenishes, subdues and dominates all circumstances and situations – Philippians 3:20, Gen 1:28
4. You will have power over the devil and his evil works and be free from lack, bondage, poverty, shame, sorrow, sickness, and from spiritual death – John 8: 32
5. You will lead a peaceful, fruitful, fulfilled, joy-filled, prosperous and glorious life of dominion as kings and priests – Rev 5: 10
6. You will access and fellowship with the Lord God and whatever you ask the father in the name of the son Jesus Christ shall be granted unto you – John 16:23-24, Matt 7:7
7. You will be empowered to live a victorious and righteous life here and at the end reign with the Lord in heaven forever.
